Paid, but cannot see your blueprint?

Return to QuintetAI and verify the same email used for the purchase. Choose your order under “Your recent orders” and use “Check payment / Refresh orders”. If generation failed, use the retry option when available. Do not pay again to recover the same order.

If the order is still missing or stuck, contact us with your payment date and order or receipt reference.

Refunds and privacy requests

See our refund policy for payment issues. For access, correction, deletion or other personal-data requests, email the same address with the subject “Privacy request”. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request.
