Information used to provide the service

We collect your name, email address, submitted idea, selected model and generated blueprint. We also store email verification records, order and payment references, payment and generation status, timestamps, and support correspondence. Our hosting infrastructure may record technical request information, such as IP addresses and errors, to operate and protect the service.

We use this information to verify your email, generate and deliver your blueprint, recover orders, process payments and refunds, prevent abuse, and respond to support requests.

AI, payment and email providers

Your idea and generation instructions are sent to the AI provider you select: DeepSeek, OpenAI, Google (Gemini), xAI (Grok) or Anthropic (Claude). We do not add your name or email to the model prompt, but any personal information you include in your idea will be sent with it. Avoid submitting sensitive personal information or confidential material you are not authorised to share.

Stripe processes payments on its checkout page. We send Stripe your email and order references and receive payment status and transaction references. QuintetAI does not receive or store your full card number or security code. Namecheap Private Email delivers verification messages to your email address. Hosting and service providers may process information outside Singapore. Their handling of data is also subject to their applicable terms and privacy notices; we do not promise that all providers use the same retention or AI-training practices.

Cookies and browser storage

We use an essential email-verification cookie with a one-hour session duration. Browser session storage keeps a checkout reference and your submitted form details to help restore the order after payment. Clearing browser storage may require you to verify your email again. Stripe may use its own cookies on its checkout pages. The current QuintetAI application does not include advertising or analytics trackers.

Retention and security

Order and blueprint records are stored so you can recover purchases and we can handle support, payment disputes and legal recordkeeping. They do not automatically expire when you close the browser. Expired verification records are cleaned up during subsequent code requests. Retention depends on the record and the business or legal purpose; contact us to request deletion or ask about a specific record.

Access controls and verification help protect information, but no service can guarantee absolute security. Deletion requests may be limited by records we must retain for legal, accounting or dispute purposes.

Your choices and requests

Email info@quintetai.app to request access, correction or deletion, withdraw consent, or raise a privacy concern. We may verify your identity and explain any applicable limitations. Withdrawing information needed to deliver an order may prevent us from providing that service. This notice does not limit rights available under applicable data-protection law.
